Domus seating experiment is a “functional abstraction of home”. The design process began, after some discussions about the concept of home, with a quick ergonomic model made out of left-over materials found at my workshop. The first model convinced me of the ergonomic qualities of the unusual shape. Domus is designed especially for public spaces. It can be used for short- and long-term relaxing or working.
